Webquest/technology
I also wanted to add to my previous post that it is very important to make sure the site you want to incorporate into a lesson is working correctly. There were many sites that I tried viewing that no longer worked or did not direct me to where I needed to go. This would also be important if you tried using the same webquest each year as the site may change. Always good to be prepared!

Always be prepared is a good thought! Always have a backup plan in case something doesn't go your way, which i find that happens to me quite often with technology! I think it is very important to go through the webquest your are going to use and actually do what the procedure tells you to do. It is important to make sure you look at all the links as well. It would be very ineffective if some of the links worked but some didn't. You could then find your own sites that would work with the webquest and then add them to the activity. Several options that you could do but it is very important to look at each webquest that you want to use!!!!
